Currently you can request maximum 1000 Taka, Minimum 10 Taka For Pre-Paid and 50 Taka For Post-Paid .

Which payment system you support?

You can use any bangladeshi bank VISA, Master ,DBBL Nexus Card, Brac Bank wallet. Both type Credit or Debit Card

What about International Credit or Debit card Support?

Yes we accept International VISA & Master credit/debit card

I have balance in my card but my payment is falied?

This type of problem you face becasue of may be the bank not approve your card for online transaction. To solve this probelm you need to contact with your bank.

How much we charged for online Transaction?

We charge 6% For More then 30 Taka Load Amount and For Less then 30 Taka we charge 3 Taka Flat Rate, For process a request. Like If you want to load 100 Taka then you need to pay 106 Taka or If you want to Load 10 Taka then you need to pay 13 Taka

I made the payment but later I found that my info is wrong?

When a wrong combination is submitted we inform you instantly and not give you the permission to pay until information is perfect. Always problem with pre-paid and Postpaid type. If you made a mistake with this type. Our system notify us after your payment. So we take action as soon as possible. We will appreciate, if you email us support@amarbill.com instantly for more quick support. if you mistake with number then we have nothing to do because when you compelte the payment the load request will proceed instantly. This cannot be reverse.
